• Cancellation by the Client: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at least 2 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
• Cancellation by GlitchMasterz: We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.

2. Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds are available for services that have not yet been delivered or for services that were not delivered as agreed upon. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service date.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to customized IT solutions and consultation services. This will be specified in your service agreement.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request and will be issued to the original payment method.
